About the Role:

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Partner with leadership (CBO & functional heads) to design annual manpower plans

🔹 Drive end-to-end recruitment: JD creation, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding

performance management framework

🔹 Lead employee engagement programs and strengthen organizational culture

🔹 Handle employee grievance management and ensure compliance with labor laws

Key Deliverables:

📊 Annual manpower & recruitment calendar

📊 Engagement initiatives & culture-building programs

📊 Performance management scorecards

Success Metrics:

✅ Recruitment TAT (planned vs. actual hiring days)

✅ Employee satisfaction & retention rates

✅ % completion of appraisal cycles on time

Ideal Candidate:

🎓 MBA in HR or equivalent

✅ 8–12 years’ experience in HRBP roles (real estate/services preferred)

✅ Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
