Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) role entails acting as a consultant to the Operations team, providing strategic HR guidance, and implementing people-centric solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities include overseeing the entire Employee Life Cycle Management process, ensuring seamless onboarding, managing performance appraisals, identifying skill gaps, and implementing training and development programs. Monitoring employee engagement and retention metrics will be crucial, along with addressing any underlying issues contributing to disengagement and implementing effective offboarding processes. In addition to managing the Employee Life Cycle, you will focus on fostering Employee Engagement & Culture by promoting a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and mission. Leading employee engagement surveys, initiatives, and enhancing morale will be essential tasks. Compliance & Risk Management will be a key aspect of your role, involving monitoring HR metrics, advising on disciplinary actions, and ensuring terminations comply with policies and employment laws. You will also track and report HR metrics related to turnover, retention, engagement, and performance, providing insights to the Operations team to drive HR-related decisions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for HR Process Optimization, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by continuously improving HR processes and systems. Ensuring the smooth implementation of HR projects and initiatives, maintaining accurate employee records, and securing HR systems will be crucial to your success in this role.,
