Experience:

Role Summary:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can support employees and managers, help solve people-related issues, and ensure smooth HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with managers to understand team needs and support them.
  • Handle the full employee lifecycle — joining, confirmation, transfers, performance reviews, and exits.
  • Take care of employee engagement activities and maintain good employee relations.
  • Support performance management and help in training and development.
  • Make sure HR policies and labour laws are followed.
  • Resolve employee concerns and guide them when needed.
  • Track HR data and share simple reports with the team.


Skills Needed:

  • Good communication and people-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently.
  • Good coordination and time management skills.


Education:

MBA/PGDM in HR or similar field.
