Job Description

💼 HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner)

📍 Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh

🕒 Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

🏢 Company: ACPL Exports Pvt. Ltd.


🔹 About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will play a key role in managing HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people development, employee experience, and organizational growth.


🔹 Key Functional Parameters / Responsibilities:


1. Talent Acquisition:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from requisition approval to candidate acceptance.

Ensure minimal turnaround time in filling vacancies.

Prepare and maintain updated Job Descriptions for all roles.


2. Custodian Ownership:

Create, monitor, and execute JD and training programs for all employees.

Maintain KRA and KPI sheets for every employee.

Collect and analyze new joiner feedback through Onboarding Experience Forms.


3. Employee Engagement:

Plan, execute, and review Employee Engagement Surveys (Job Satisfaction, Communication, Recognition).

Track and analyze absenteeism and retention rates through employee master data.

Promote employee wellness and engagement programs.


4. Training & Development:

Identify training needs across departments.

Design and implement targeted programs to close skill gaps.

Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.


5. Policies & Procedures:

Develop, review, and implement company policies and HR processes.

Ensure timely annual updates of all HR policies.


6. Induction Training:

Conduct comprehensive Induction Programs for all new joiners.

Communicate company policies, HR guidelines, and work culture clearly.

Ensure timely performance evaluations post-probation.


7. Performance Management System (PMS):

Align individual employee goals with company objectives.

Facilitate timely reviews and performance feedback.

Address and resolve disputes or queries related to PMS.


🔹 Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR data, and documentation.
