Human Resources Business Partner

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for remote work. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, Business Development, and managing performance evaluation programs. The employee will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring alignment between people programs and business goals.

What You Will Do?

• Write clear job descriptions and post on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, TechQRT website
• Source candidates using AI tools (HireEZ, Lusha)
• Conduct interviews & background checks
• Build strong client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings
• Understand client business needs and offer tailored solutions
• Cold-call to generate leads and book meetings
• Network at events and make follow-up calls
• Deliver engaging product demos & presentations
• Create sales brochures & pitch decks
• Provide pre- & post-sale technical support on software/networks
• Fix client issues with help from tech team
• Run training sessions on soft skills and compliance
• Help design digital campaigns (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Ads)
• Join industry events to boost brand visibility
• Work with team to meet sales goals and share updates

You're A Great Fit If You Have

• MBA (HR/Sales) or similar
• 1-3 years in HR or Sales
• Strong communication & people skills
• Comfort with CRM, Excel, digital tools
• Ready to learn fast & wear multiple hats

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
