Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies to enhance the company's market presence. The role also involves negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Proficient in Market Research and Strategy Development Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the engineering, infrastructure, or related industry is a plus
