Job Description

Key responsibilities areas-

HR Partnership & Collaboration

  • Act as a key partner within the HR team, supporting the implementation and execution of people-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement to ensure integrated solutions.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Contribute to enhancing HR processes and frameworks to support employee development and organizational growth.

Operational Execution

  • Support workforce planning, talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, and HR analytics projects.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform HR programs and decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.
  • Partner with HR team members to streamline operations and drive efficiency.

Talent & Organizational Development

  • Help in identifying capability gaps and work with L&D to implement relevant training and development programs.
  • Assist in succession planning, career development, and change management initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of learning, inclusivity, and employee wellbeing through targeted interventions.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments; experience in technology, renewable energy, or similar sectors is preferred.
