Job Description

As the HRBP Lead for Tata Electronics Systems and Services (TESS) at Narsapura, Karnataka, you will play a crucial role in leading and operationalizing the HR Business Partnering function at one of Tata Electronics" key manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic HR leadership, engaging with stakeholders effectively, and driving people initiatives to support business growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation. You will lead the HRBP agenda at the site, ensuring alignment with the broader HR strategy of TESS. Acting as a strategic partner to the site leadership, you will translate business needs into HR solutions and drive consistency and excellence in HRBP delivery across functions. In the realm of organizational development and change enablement, you will support initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), you will implement programs that enhance organizational capability and agility, such as Talent Management, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards. Championing employee experience, engagement, and inclusion efforts tailored to the TESS context will be a key aspect of your role. By utilizing data and insights, you will identify cultural strengths and gaps, leading targeted interventions to foster a positive work culture. Ensuring governance and compliance with legal, ethical, and Tata Group standards will be another critical responsibility. You will partner with Industrial Relations (IR) and legal teams to manage risks and maintain a safe and respectful workplace environment. As a leader, you will mentor and guide HRBPs and other members of the site HR team, promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Building HRBP capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured development plans will be essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 15+ years of HR experience, including significant exposure to HRBP leadership, preferably in manufacturing or EMS. Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and execution skills, as well as experience in a multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environment, are desired attributes. Preferred attributes for this role include a strategic mindset with operational execution strength, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence across levels. Familiarity with Tata Group values and governance frameworks would be considered a plus.,
