Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s long-term objectives and talent priorities.

Workforce Planning:

  • Lead workforce analysis and planning efforts, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.

Organizational Design & Development:

  • Support organizational design initiatives, ensuring structures are scalable and aligned with strategic goals.

People Analytics & Insights:

  • Partner with HRIS and data teams to deliver insights on workforce trends, turnover, engagement, and performance to inform strategic decisions.
