Human Resources Business Partner

As a HR Business Partner at Nway Technologies Pvt Ltd in Indore, you will be instrumental in developing and executing HR strategies that are in line with the company's overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will involve fostering positive management-employee relations, overseeing the recruitment and selection process, and catering to current and future business requirements by nurturing, engaging, motivating, and retaining the human capital. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the performance appraisal system, identifying training needs, and presenting insights to management using HR metrics. To excel in this role, you should possess people-oriented qualities, a results-driven attitude, expertise in HR metrics, familiarity with HR databases, strategic thinking abilities, leadership qualities, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in building and maintaining relationships, a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, and hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
