Job Description Position: Junior HR Recruiter Qualification: MBA, BBA Experience: Fresher Location: Indore, Onsite salary: 12000-15000 INR "Please apply only if comfortable with a salary range of 12000-15000 INR and available for immediate joining" Roles & Responsibilities Must have hands of experience in using Naukri.com/ Job sites/ Consultants, to source relevant candidates. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Source and attract candidates by using databases, Job Portal & strong Networking Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices End to End Recruitment including Sourcing of profiles from various mediums Making trackers and end to end follow-up & Coordination with candidate Daily minimum 6-7 lineups as per JD.
