Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources professional. The primary responsibilities include the development and implementation of HR policies, overseeing employee benefits programs, managing personnel processes, and providing strategic HR management support to the organization. Collaboration with different teams to enhance employee engagement and maintain compliance with employment regulations will be key aspects of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Human Resources (HR) Management Strong knowledge in creating, implementing, and adhering to HR Policies Expertise in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in HR roles is highly desirable
