Role Description

This full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role is based in Jaipur. The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions such as managing HR systems, administering employee benefits, assisting in training programs, and coordinating recruitment processes. The role requires maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting broader HR initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and knowledge of HR Management
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data management
• Understanding of Benefits Administration and the ability to assist in managing employee benefits
• Experience in coordinating or delivering Training programs
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Relevant experience or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
