1. Responsible for end to end recruitment- Across all levels & amp; locations.  

2. Comprehend the requirements as per budget from various stakeholders and maintain the strong pipeline, database, source potential candidates & shortlist

the profiles for the job.

3. Conducting preliminary rounds of interviews and arranging further rounds of the shortlisted candidates.

4. Collaborate with Panel Members to conduct technical rounds.

5. Involved during negotiation, answer queries about compensation & benefits and counselling of the candidates.

6. Validation of all the required documents of the shortlisted candidate.

7. Ensuring the smooth operation at the time of on-boarding process.

8. Participate in job fairs, campus placements drive, advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media and dealing with different governmental organizations for manpower recruitment.
