Job Description We’re looking for an Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in interior or fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing design drawings, preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and coordinating with the procurement and execution teams to ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule. Roles & Responsibilities Review architectural and interior drawings to prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs. Estimate material, labor, and overhead costs for residential and commercial interior projects. Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and design teams for rate analysis and cost comparison. Prepare tender documents, project cost summaries, and client proposals. Track project variations and maintain cost control documentation. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for ongoing projects. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering / Quantity Surveying. 2–4 years of experience in estimation for interior design or construction projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools/software. Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution workflow. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.
