Estimation Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review architectural and interior drawings to prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Estimate material, labor, and overhead costs for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and design teams for rate analysis and cost comparison.
• Prepare tender documents, project cost summaries, and client proposals.
• Track project variations and maintain cost control documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for ongoing projects.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
• 2–4 years of experience in estimation for interior design or construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools/software.
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution workflow.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
