Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will manage recruitment and onboarding processes, oversee employee relations and training programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The individual will collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Other responsibilities include addressing workplace concerns and conflicts, driving initiatives to reduce attrition, managing performance evaluations, and maintaining personnel records.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition processes
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
  • Expertise in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Succession Planning
  • Proven understanding of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance requirements
  • Solid interpersonal, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage teams and foster an inclusive and productive work culture
  • Prior experience in a human resources role, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field (Master's degree is a plus)
