Position Overview::

We’re looking for a smart, outgoing, and reliable HR Associate to join our Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for someone who understands core HR processes and policies, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and ensuring employee happiness. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries at the Hyderabad office
  • Support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, documentation, etc.)
  • Organize and drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
  • Ensure timely completion of HR processes like attendance, leave, compliance, etc.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and walk-in drives (if required)
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies are well implemented
  • Provide support in employee grievance handling and resolutions
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and trackers with high accuracy
  • Proactively contribute to improving the overall employee
  • Shift Flexibility: Morning / Evening Shifts (as required)

Must Have Skills:

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced/startup environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High reliability and ownership mindset – someone who can be trusted with end-to-end HR handling
  • Energetic, approachable, and self-driven personality
  • Comfortable working flexible hours (morning/evening shifts as needed)
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and HR platforms (Keka or similar is a plus)
