Roles and Responsibilities: Develop end-to-end Solution architecture based on business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and industry best practices. Select appropriate frameworks, platforms, and technologies for development, with guidance on cloud-based solutions, microservices, and APIs. Collaborate with business teams, developers, and project managers to define technical roadmaps and communicate architectural decisions to all stakeholders. Implement best practices for data protection, compliance, and ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Guide teams on coding standards, design patterns, design principles, architecture principles and best practices; conduct code reviews for quality and maintainability. Maintain repositories for deliverables, methodologies, and documentation, coordinate with internal and external technical teams. Work with project managers and technical leaders to estimate efforts, develop implementation plans, and lead solution delivery. Oversee the full project lifecycle—from kick-off through requirements, design, and implementation—and ensure service quality within the solution area. You should be able to achieve a say/do ratio of > 98% in your task allocations You should participate in production incident war rooms, triage and identify problems and provide fixes. Exceed the quality expectations of the system you are working. Mentor and coach junior members in the team Serve on interview panels and help grow the organization. Must Have Skills: Total Experience : Overall 15+ years and may consider 7+ years in solution architect role. 4+ years in a cloud native application architecture with hands-on experience leveraging Java/Node/GCP/AWS and other tech stacks. Ability to lead and collaborate with other enterprise architects, data platform architects and security architects to deliver scalable, secure and resilient IaaS and PaaS platform solutions in AWS/GCP . Be technical across several areas, understanding coding in modern languages including modern microservices , containers , distributed systems with > 99.99% availability, scaling to millions of users, CICD , Infrastructure as Code, automation principles, and security . Produce designs of complex systems, including discovery and analysis , formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives, technology selection, and design configuration through the consistent use of recognized design. Proficiency in one or more programming languages like python/ java/Golang Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Strong knowledge of Git (preferred: GitLab; acceptable: GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.). Microservices Architecture : Solid experience developing and working with microservices. Knowledge of deploying and running services in Kubernetes . Experience with building RESTful web services (bonus: gRPC experience but not required). Familiarity with tools like New Relic (preferred) or equivalent APM tools Ability to analyze log files to understand application behavior. Experience with end-to-end distributed tracing is required. Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field. Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore
