Human Resources Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR associate to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
• Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with the onboarding process
• Help organize orientation sessions for new employees
• Assist with offboarding procedures as needed.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
• Support the HR team with general administrative tasks.
• Support internal communications related to HR policies and updates
• Participate in various HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player.
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
