Designation - Manager / Sr. Manager - HR

Location - Mumbai

Male Candidates only


Role Overview:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR functions including HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Analytics, and overall HR Operations. The role will work closely with business leaders to support strategic people initiatives, enhance employee experience, and build a high-performance culture.


Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

  • Act as a strategic partner to business heads and functional leaders.
  • Understand workforce needs, provide HR insights, and influence people-related decisions.
  • Drive performance management processes, goal setting, and talent reviews.
  • Support managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.


Learning & Development

  • Assess training needs across teams and design annual L&D plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and leadership development modules.
  • Identify external partners for specialized learning interventions.
  • Track training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance improvements.


Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open positions across levels.
  • Draft job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.


Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmations, transfers, exits, etc.
  • Conduct new joiner orientation sessions and ensure complete documentation.
  • Own the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final settlements.


HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate periodic HR dashboards and MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, etc.).
  • Use data insights to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.


HR Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including payroll coordination, leave & attendance, HR documentation, and compliance.
  • Review and maintain HR policies & SOPs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with finance, admin, and other support functions.
  • Handle employee queries with accuracy and promptness.


Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HRBP, L&D, recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR tools, HRIS, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
