Job Overview:

HR & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).

Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HRMS.
Support payroll processing and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
Handle employee queries and support grievance redressal.
Assist in performance appraisal documentation and process support.
Support cross-functional operations to improve internal processes.
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and preparing operations reports.
Coordinate with departments for timely execution of operational tasks.
Help implement and maintain SOPs across departments.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government bodies as needed.

Requirements

2–5 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative operations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRMS software knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with a problem-solving mindset.

Good to have

Experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment.
Exposure to compliance documentation and ISO/internal audits.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
