Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator, located in Thane. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll processing, and benefits administration, Actively engage in ongoing manager and staff communication, ensuring a positive and productive workplace atmosphere. Working with Directors to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a supportive work environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting with performance management processes.

Qualifications

• Employee relations, recruitment, and performance management skills
• Payroll processing and benefits administration experience
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
