Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Administrator will handle day-to-day HR responsibilities such as managing employee records, benefits administration, supporting the HR team with recruitment processes, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration and HRIS
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
