As we grow, were looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us scale our presence, partnerships, and new outlet expansions. ???? What You&aposll Do Identify and secure locations for new caf outlets Build partnerships with real estate agents, mall operators, and landlords Develop B2B collaborations with brands, co-working spaces, and events Support strategic growth plans with market research and local insights Track performance of new launches and optimize for success Represent Fourth Coffee in external meetings and events ???? Who You Are 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or F&B expansion Strong communication and negotiation skills Passionate about cafes, coffee culture, and modern consumer brands Self-starter with hustle, ownership, and attention to detail Familiarity with Bangalores F&B / retail real estate landscape is a plus ?
