As a GSS Sales Tax Compliance Manager, you will: Interact with partners, senior managers, staff, and clients to provide sales tax compliance expertise. As a Senior Associate, you will: Primary activities will focus on the valuation of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 718/409A, ASC 820 and ASC 805, real estate, complex securities and embedded derivatives; estate and gift tax and charitable contributions for tax and financial reporting purposes.
