Role Overview: As a HR Admin at ABEX Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations for our esteemed client in Bangalore. Your responsibilities will include handling general administrative tasks, managing employee attendance and leave records, assisting in internal recruitment, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining HR databases, coordinating with various departments, organizing employee engagement activities, and taking on any other HR-related duties as required.
