We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot laser marking machines at customer sites. Candidate should have strong mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer support and maintaining high machine uptime. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: Set up and calibrate laser marking machines at customer sites. Conduct machine alignment and ensure optimal laser output. Train customers on machine operation and safety protocols. Maintenance & Repairs: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnose hardware/software issues and replace defective components. Ensure machines meet performance standards post-service. Technical Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support. Answer customer queries related to machine functionality and software. Liaise with R&D or factory support for unresolved issues. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service logs, reports, and customer feedback. Report recurring faults to the engineering team for product improvement. Customer Interaction: Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.
