Sales and Marketing Executive

Possessing in-depth knowledge of Laser Marking & Engraving Machines, Laser Welding & Cleaning Machines etc. being sold, including their technical specifications, functions, and how they work.  Assisting the sales team with technical aspects of sales, such as preparing presentations, demonstrating products, and providing pre-sales technical assistance.  Understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions.  Developing and proposing customized technical solutions that meet customer needs and address their pain points.  Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing after-sales support, and acting as a liaison between the sales and product development teams.  Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, explaining the features and benefits of the products or services.  Providing technical support to customers, helping them troubleshoot issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest advancements in the relevant field.  Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
