Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator, based in Bengaluru. The HR Administrator will manage day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee benefits administration, maintaining and updating HR policies, and managing HRIS. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, supporting recruitment processes, and providing guidance on HR management issues while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management practices
Experience with Benefits Administration and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and compliance regulations
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in an HR role or equivalent
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
