As a highly skilled human resources (HR) professional, your role will involve assisting with employee relations, policies, and practices to support the growth and success of the organization. You should have experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, exit interviews, benefits and compensation administration, team restructuring, and conflict resolution. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with your enthusiasm for fostering employee performance, will make you the face of our company culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain, develop, and implement employee processes and procedures using HR systems for proper documentation - Manage data/file processes related to new-hire and termination across all databases - Contribute to benefits enrollment processes, programs, and performance communication - Continuously improve data management processes for better accessibility and analysis **Qualifications Required:** - Three or more years of HR or employee recruitment experience - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Familiarity with HR software In this role, you will coordinate new-hire orientation, provide support for staff members with HR-related issues, maintain HR records in compliance with regulations, and facilitate organizational change information. Your responsibilities will also include supporting ongoing benefits enrollment processes and resolving HR-related concerns effectively. As the ideal candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and possess a strong understanding of national HR laws. Your dedication to maintaining employee processes and procedures, coupled with your ability to address HR-related concerns efficiently, will contribute significantly to the success of our organization.
