Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Noida. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing HR processes and procedures, administering employee benefits, overseeing HR management and HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily tasks will include recruiting, employee relations, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources skills
• Experience with Benefits Administration
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
