Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Recruitment and Onboarding:

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified production and general staff.

· Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

· Coordinate with staffing agencies for temporary labor needs.

· Employee Relations:

· Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

· Investigate and resolve workplace issues, disputes, and grievances.

· Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.

· Performance Management:

· Implement and administer performance evaluation processes.

· Provide guidance to supervisors on performance management and disciplinary actions.

· Track performance data and identify areas for improvement.

· Labor Law and Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

· Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

· Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations.

· Training and Development:

· Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees.

· Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.

· Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

· Compensation and Benefits:

· Administer payroll and ensure accurate compensation.

· Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.

· Stay informed about market trends in compensation and benefits.

· HR Administration:

· Maintain employee records and HR databases.

· Prepare HR reports and presentations.

· Manage HR-related paperwork and documentation.

· Safety and Security:

· Work with the safety team to ensure a safe working environment.

· Promote safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

· Proven experience (typically 5-10 years) in HR, with a focus on labor relations and manufacturing.

· In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is highly desirable.

· Strong understanding of factory operations and workflows.
