Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SecOps VR to join our dynamic IT team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, providing an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a work-from-home environment. You will be instrumental in configuring, administering, and enhancing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our business objectives. Responsibilities: •End to end implementation of Vulnerability Response security solution. •Configure, manage, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. •Develop, test, and deploy new applications and modules within ServiceNow. •Provide expert consulting services to internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions. •Manage system upgrades and ensure that customizations are maintained through platform updates. •Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability and performance of the ServiceNow instance. •Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users as database applications are developed. •Assist with integration efforts with other enterprise systems and third-party services. •Conduct regular system audits to ensure complete compliance with security standards and practices. •Offer training and support to ServiceNow users across the organization. •Stay current with ServiceNow capabilities and updates to recommend process improvements. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. •Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and/or Consultant. •In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, administration, and development. •Strong understanding of ITIL processes. •Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. •Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. •Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.
