The mission of Global Analytics is to lead HEINEKEN into becoming a data-driven company and the best-connected brewer. As a team, we radiate a data-driven entrepreneurial culture to the rest of the company. We act as an incubator for smart data products in all business areas, from sales to logistics and marketing to purchasing. This approach has allowed us to grow rapidly and launch many value-creating use cases from the management of spare parts to the allocation of media spending. Our team comprises data scientists, engineers, Business Intelligence Specialists, and Analytics Translators. Data Scientists build models and consult the business during the process, our Data Engineers build data platforms and ensure we have access to data, BI Specialists enable interaction and insights in our data products, and the Analytics Translators help businesses ensure the solution is fit for purpose by bridging the gap between the teams. Our global perspective has led the team to have a presence across three continents and five countries, with satellite teams in South Africa, Poland, India and Singapore. Role Overview: As a Project Manager within Heineken's Cyber Defense Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to the security of Heineken's digital assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects aimed at enhancing our cyber defense capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cyber defense projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Manage project resources, including staffing, budget, and equipment allocation. Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies throughout project lifecycles. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Proven experience 5+ years managing complex cybersecurity projects in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with project management tools and software.
