Conduct market research and maintain knwoledge of accessories to prepare accurate BOM's. Coordination with the production team to ensure the delivery of quality products and stay updated with new products and technologies to meet market demands. Role & responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities in Tally ERP. Handle accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and journal entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of TDS, including filing TDS returns. Manage GST compliance: GST input/output reconciliation, monthly return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and annual returns. Perform bank reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Monitor cash flow, petty cash, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements. Support internal and statutory audits with required documentation. Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. Lead and guide the accounts team; allocate tasks and monitor team performance. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors whenever required. Preferred candidate profile: High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
