HR Executive – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete hiring lifecycle.
• Draft and publish job descriptions.
• Post openings on both free and paid job portals.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Make informed hiring decisions.

2. Onboarding & Training

• Oversee onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs.
• Support skill development initiatives.
• Ensure new hires understand and comply with company policies.

3. Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Ensure effective communication across teams.

4. Performance Management

• Implement and manage performance evaluation systems.
• Help define clear employee goals and KPIs.
• Provide regular feedback and performance support.
• Address and manage underperformance.

5. Compensation & Benefits

• Design and manage compensation structures.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Ensure fairness and market competitiveness in pay practices.

6. Legal Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Handle employment-related legal matters as needed.

7. HR Policy Development

• Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure policy alignment with organizational goals.

8. Workplace Safety & Health

• Implement workplace safety initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.

9. Employee Engagement & Well-being

• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate wellness and recognition programs.
• Organize team-building events and activities.

10. Strategic HR Planning

• Align HR strategies with overall business goals.
• Contribute to long-term organizational planning and development.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates through free job portals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
