Join Tech Mahindra BPS as an HR Recruiter Intern and kickstart your career in Human Resources!

Note: This is an Unpaid Internship with no PPO options but will be getting and Internship letter post internship completion and a wide exposure to work in with a brand.

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings to filter out unsuitable candidates based on requirements.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.
