Good understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques . Familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, or similar). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices .
