Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Bengaluru Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reports to: HR Head Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist with experience in the hospital or healthcare industry. The role involves identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals (clinical and non-clinical) to support staffing needs across the hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare roles and talent market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing requirements and role specifications for hospital departments (nursing, medical, paramedical, administrative, etc.). Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, medical institutions, and professional networks. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles such as doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff. Conduct initial screenings and pre-qualify candidates based on skillset, experience, and alignment with hospital values. Maintain a database of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs. Track and report sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-source, response rates) and recommend improvements. Partner with recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary to fulfill urgent or bulk requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, market salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities. Ensure compliance with hospital hiring protocols and documentation standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 24 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of hospital workforce needs, including clinical and support roles. Experience using sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with bulk hiring and recruitment drives. Strong database management and candidate tracking skills using ATS/HRIS tools.
