Job Description

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization. This includes sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain strong pipelines for recurring and bulk hiring roles.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand job requirements.
Share daily/weekly recruitment reports with HR Manager.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic MS Office proficiency.
Team player with a positive attitude.
