Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify staffing needs and coordinate hiring of Loan Executives, Collection Agents, and other staff. Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and screen candidates. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for selection. Complete joining formalities, employee documentation, and the onboarding process. Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain employee profiles, KYC, and background verification. Ensure all staff follow RBI/NBFC compliance guidelines and internal policies. Manage attendance, leave, and payroll records. Draft employment contracts, appointment letters, and HR policies. Training & Development: Organise training sessions for sales techniques, loan processes, customer handling, and compliance awareness. Support performance improvement through coaching and workshops. Employee Engagement & Relations: Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues. Conduct regular feedback sessions and maintain a healthy work culture. Support motivation and retention through recognition and HR initiatives. Performance & Appraisal Management: Monitor employee performance against sales targets and loan recovery goals. Assist management in appraisals, promotions, and salary revisions. Maintain confidentiality and fairness in evaluations. 6. Office Administration Support (if required). Coordinate with the admin for smooth office functioning. Manage HR reports, MIS, and compliance audits.
