Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Engagement and Organizational Development

Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values.
Manage employee relations and address grievances promptly and professionally.

HR Policy Development and Compliance

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations, maintaining up-to-date records.

Performance Management and Career Development

Oversee the performance management framework, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
Identify skill gaps and facilitate training programs for professional development and succession planning.

Compensation and Benefits Administration
