Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income/profit-loss accounts. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

• Auditing & Assurance:

Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations, legal standards, and best practices.

• Tax Planning & Compliance:

Manage and oversee tax planning, ensuring complete compliance with national tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.

• Financial Advisory:

Provide expert financial guidance and strategic advice to clients and senior management on financial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

Oversee and contribute to the processes of preparing and forecasting budgets to optimize financial performance.

• Risk Management:

Assess financial risks, identify potential fraudulent activities, and suggest preventive measures or strategic solutions.

• Client & Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with clients, business partners, vendors, and external auditors to maintain strong professional relationships and ensure seamless service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Holding a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is essential.
• Preferred rank holder & CS will be an additional advantage
• Knowledge of the financial instruments (Cash Instruments, Derivative Instruments, Equity-Based Instruments, Debt-Based Instruments)
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally and QuickBooks, as well as financial analysis tools.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
• The ability to analyze financial data, identify complex issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Organizational & Time Management Skills:
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized financial records.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement
