Chartered Accountant

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the finance function of our growing organization. The role involves overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, audits, and statutory compliance, while providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial forecasting
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Strengthen internal controls and implement improvements in financial processes
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Lead, mentor, and guide the accounts team to ensure timely closure of books

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing standards, and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience with Tally or other ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
