Job Summary

Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Head Office and project sites.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Handle statutory compliances (EPF, ESI, CLRA, labour laws, etc.) and liaise with consultants as required.
Design and execute performance management systems and employee evaluation frameworks.
Plan and organize employee welfare, safety, and training initiatives.
Ensure effective communication across departments and project sites.
Support senior management in manpower planning, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Prepare periodic HR reports and MIS for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum
2 years of HR experience
in
construction/infrastructure
companies is mandatory.
Strong understanding of
labour regulations
, site-level HR coordination, and compliance documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRMS/ERP systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
