Job Title: HR Lead

HR Lead

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, offer negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely completion of hiring requirements.

2. Onboarding & Induction

  • Handle joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires, coordinating with IT and Operations for asset allocation.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Address employee concerns, queries, and grievances professionally and promptly.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and help maintain a positive work environment.

4. Performance Management

  • Coordinate the performance management process including goal setting, KRA/KPI tracking, and appraisal cycles.
  • Assist in identifying learning and development needs based on performance feedback.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or masters degree (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).
  • 56 years of progressive experience in HR, with strong exposure to end-to-end HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management systems, and HR operations.

Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
