Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR Generalist, working with leadership and managers to design and deliver HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles, ensuring timely closures and cost-effective hiring.
  • Drive onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience.
  • Lead employee engagement programs, retention strategies, and culture-building activities.
  • Partner with managers for performance management, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Formulate, update, and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on organizational development (OD) initiatives and change management projects.
  • Manage payroll, compensation planning, and HR analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, grievances, and career growth discussions.
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives to strengthen workforce capability.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership review.

Required Skills & Compitencies:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRBP, and HR Generalist roles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP, Workday, Keka, and ATS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of employment law compliance and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach with experience in HR analytics and reporting.

Qualification:

  • MBA in Human Resources (preferred) or equivalent degree.
  • 5+ years of HR experience across multiple industries (Ecommerce, EPC, Media, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Fintech, Healthcare).
  • HR certifications (e.g.,

    SAP HCM, HR Analytics

    ) will be an added advantage.
