Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle for office and project teams.
  • Drive HR strategy in alignment with business goals by supporting manpower planning, HR annual plans, and key people metrics reporting for leadership.
  • Design, implement, and periodically update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and company standards.
  • Act as primary point of contact for employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and fostering a transparent, professional work culture.
  • Partner with Operations and Project Managers to plan and track manpower deployment at sites, ensuring timely onboarding, documentation, and coordination.
  • Support performance management, training, and engagement initiatives to improve retention, capability building, and overall employee experience.
