Roles and Responsibilities Target to achieve AOP with proper road map and planning in proper manner (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly Basis) along with competitive payment terms. Ensure 100% payment collections and special focus on Past dues. Responsible for leading AOP sales targets for the branch across LOBs Increase market penetration of the branch by converting OOF customers to in fold. Drive awareness of various sales incentive schemes amongst branch field employees motivating them to achieve targets Ensure timely collections and outstanding dues adherence as per the policy Building strong CRM with customer Guide our technical team on selling skills, product information enabling them to generate leads Create awareness in technical team on various sales incentives schemes and implement the same in assigned territory This role will involve considerable travelling depending on the organizational requirement Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 4+ years in sales in similar industries Strong hands on technical knowledge of Cummins engine & parts would be preferred Ability to handle commercial negotiations and paperwork end to end while engaging in Sales Soft spoken. Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle and convince customers independently to obtain high value orders. Work towards receivable management to complete the OTC(Order to Collection)

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Lead the national/regional sales team and ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and optimize customer experience. Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to top management. Drive pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and large account management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to build a high-performing team. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1520 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in industrial equipment, power solutions, or capital goods sector . Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, project-based sales, and technical selling. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach. Engineering degree (preferred) with MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant discipline.
